About Renewed Life

Founded in 2003, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Renewed Life, Inc. was established to provide resources to enable individuals to build and sustain a foundation of overall well-being.  Tools and guidance are provided to cultivate and nurture an intentional balance of spiritual, physical, and mental health.

While we often consider physical, mental, and spiritual health as separate aspects of well-being, they are actually deeply intertwined, with each domain significantly impacting the others in a continuous cycle.  They are all facets of a unified wellness experience and this experience includes connecting with God, experiencing love and forgiveness, and developing healthy habits through diet, rest and exercise not only for your physical body, but for your spirit and soul as well. It is not just a goal, but a dynamic journey of integrating several aspects of life.  This daily task of finding balance of our spirit, soul and body presents a new opportunity every day to embrace renewed health.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to inspire, equip and empower individuals to achieve balanced spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being and renewal through lasting resources and guidance.

Our vision is to see transformed and renewed lives, as individuals achieve wholeness and optimal health in their spirit, body, and soul.

O. Lisa Dabreu, President

A Georgia native and founder of Renewed Life, Ms. Dabreu brings a wealth of experience from her service on various professional and governmental boards. Her deep-seated passion for helping others, coupled with life-altering experiences, fuels her belief in the importance of “loving and forgiving others,” as God has commanded.

Her focus on God's presence and spiritual guidance led her to a deeper understanding of the inherent link of  spiritual, physical, and mental health.  Embracing the journey of health and wellness, she has achieved considerable personal growth, grounded in God's wisdom for maintaining and balancing the wellness of body, soul and spirit.  She has learned that a balance in all three areas is critical to us experiencing good health and wholeness.

Recognizing that we are all “fearfully and wonderfully made,” she advocates for everyone to be proactive in cultivating a balance in their daily walk towards good health.
