Experts recommend exercising 5 days a week for at least thirty minutes.

Rest

In today's fast-paced world, the importance of rest cannot be overstated. Taking time to rest is a crucial element in our overall well-being.

Though often overlooked, rest enhances our productivity, boosts creativity, and helps to prevent burnout. Experts recommend between 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
