Spiritual Wellness
Prayer and meditation are essential to your overall spiritual well-being. Getting to “know” God by communicating with Him daily not only provides nourishment, but also a calmness and a peace that carries you throughout the day. A spiritual “diet” of God’s Word, “exercise” through prayer, and “rest” through meditation, helps you to connect with Him.
Begin by reading His Word and then talking to Him directly. He listens and will give you guidance and directions.
Meditating & Receiving
Pearls of Wisdom
Finding your own pearls. I encourage you to spend quiet, quality time with the Lord and to discern His voice.
You can hear from the Lord. Start spending quiet time with Him, by reading and meditating on His Word. Then worship Him and thank Him for all of His precious blessings in your life.
As you get quiet, listen and expect Him to speak to you.
Then write as the Spirit directs you. Be blessed!

Be Joyful
Be joyful. Do not fret. Your God has never failed you and will not fail you now. Go forward and do good unto all. I have sent you . . . to spread joy, peace, kindness, gentleness; to deliver a good report. I will deliver you from the hands of the fowler. You are the head and not the tail.
Do Not Crowd Your Day
Do not crowd your day, but rest in Me, knowing that I will provide everything that you need. Let Me comfort and instruct you. Let it be a day of peace, love, joy and happiness for you.
This, I grant to you now. I am your light and you need none other than Me. Let this thought bring peace and comfort to your soul.
Manifold Wisdom
I shall give thee manifold wisdom. Ask of Me and it shall be yours. Trust Me and cast away all doubt and worry. I have living springs of water. Drink often. Be refreshed in Me. Be renewed in Me. I will strengthen thee. I will heal thee of all sicknesses and diseases. You are Mine and I love and cherish you. From now until eternity.
Work To Be Done
I have much work for you to do. Progress shall be made. Wait upon Me and trust Me with all of your heart, mind, body and strength. Know that I am in control. Come to Me often and sup with Me. I shall refresh thee, I shall renew thee.
